By accessing or using the spNtactisArt platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including paying subscribers.
spNtactisArt provides cloud-based video processing services, including video enhancement, audio mastering, color grading, and smart encoding. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a daily processing limit of 5 videos per active subscription period.
The subscription fee is $70.80 USDT per month (inclusive of VAT & tax), payable via Binance Pay. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive a unique activation code valid for 30 days. Each activation code is for single-user use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Activation codes are non-transferable digital licenses. Sharing, distributing, or reselling activation codes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund. Each code is cryptographically secured and monitored for unauthorized usage patterns.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload and process through the Service. You must have the legal right to process all videos submitted. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
Due to the digital nature of this service, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once an activation code has been issued, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. There are no trial periods, cooling-off periods, or partial refund options. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
All technology, algorithms, interfaces, and branding associated with spNtactisArt are the exclusive property of S.Information Technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or algorithms used in the Service.
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability. Your subscription period will not be extended due to downtime.
spNtactisArt and S.Information Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period. We make no guarantees regarding specific processing outcomes or platform compatibility.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via our Telegram channel.
